About the artists:
An exhibition by five Berlin artists with different artistic perspectives.
All five artists share a passion: They explore the city of Berlin, the people who live there, and the stories they experience.
Some of the artists document and draw the city like a graphic notebook and are long-standing members of the global Urban Sketchers movement. Some work as illustrators and live sketchers, specialize in watercolor and screen printing, or paint on canvas at an easel.
Several of the Urban Sketchers’ current workbooks and sketchbooks, in which drawings are recorded almost daily, will also be on display.
These graphic notebooks provide interesting insights into the different ways and perspectives in which the artists approach their subjects.
The gallery will also offer prints and postcards of some motifs from Pankow and throughout Berlin.
